Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Night Supervisor to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client's site in Holytown, Motherwell.

This is a flexible role, looking after a team across varying departments.

You will need to be computer literate, have good legible handwriting and be good at absorbing information quickly and productively.

Man management skills are important, as an upside to motivating and keeping motivated an already, dynamic team.

You will be expected to have good organisational skills, good communication skills and an all-round team ethic.

Experience in the following fields would be advantageous, but training would be given to the successful applicant.

Risk Assessments and TIG's
Disciplinary procedures
Rota Management
Problem solving
Previous experience as a supervisor is essential
Experience in staffing, rotas, and training
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail is required
