**About the role

Advantage Healthcare are looking for experienced healthcare assistants, who are compassionate, kind and supportive, to become part of our proud team.

We require support in the Redcar area, for a gentleman with challenging behaviours and PTSD. Experince withchallenging behaviours and PTSD are not essential but desirable.

As part of the support team at Advantage you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent person-centred care in a sensitive and confidential manner.
  • Understanding and adhering to care plans.
  • Being able to work in a professional manner with all healthcare professionals involved in the care of the service user.
  • Promoting both selfcare and selfmanagement.
