Location:
Leeds, West Yorkshire (LS10)

Salary:
Ranges between 22K - 24K + Bonus + Profit Share

The Job Role:

An exciting opportunity has risen to work for a reputable multi award winning car dealership as a full-time
service advisor with a great salary structure.

Join a busy team of car enthusiasts and deliver a great customer service experience.

Job Title Duties:

You will be the important link between factorytrained technicians and valued customers.
Keeping customers up to date whilst their vehicle is under care for any additional work.
Invoicing and logistics.
You will be helping to take care of the customer with regards to the entire experience from initial booking to showing them where their car is after any routine service, maintenance or warranty work that has been carried out, including advising on routineservice
Ideally, previously worked for a car dealership
A sound grasp of technology is also required to work within the various systems in the business which also includes working alongside the manufacturer partner interfaces
You need to retain that personal touch with the customers
