Description

We're looking for a computer repair technician with excellent customer support skills to join an exciting and well-established Computer Support Centre on a permanent basis.

You will be working in a repair centre environment, dealing with customers faceto face, over the telephone or on-site. An excellent attitude and willingness to learn is a must
Position Overview

Provide superior service to customers.
PC & Laptop hardware fault finding & repairs.
Apple Mac mobile devices and desktop/laptop fault finding & repairs.
Software & Operating Systems support & installations, Windows, OS X, etc.
MS Office 2016/2019/365 Support
Malware removal, Firewalls, security.
Networking and Wireless fault finding & repairs.
Should be very Familiar with Router setups and wireless networking.
General maintenance, repairs and upgrades.

Requirements:

Significant experience in a similar IT Support role.
Skilled in hardware performance monitoring, analysis and capacity planning.
Experience with implementing new processes and following through with required disciplines.
Strong customer service ethics and sense of urgency
Quick turnaround on instructions or requests from senior management.
Ability to perform well in team environments.
Ability to deliver and coordinate projects within tight deadlines. Excellent problemsolving skills. Willingness to learn, explore new ideas and innovate.
Excellent attention to detail. A proactive, flexible and adaptable approach.
