The role
We're looking for a Bid Coordinator to work closely with our Bid Manager and Bid Writers. Your role will involve supporting new sales and account retention initiatives. This will include editing, proofreading, and formatting response documents.

Within this role, you'll manage client bid documentation and establish SharePoint folders. You'll develop relationships with the wider team and provide key information about each bid opportunity.

You'll assist with preparing for and facilitating initial bid qualification calls. You'll monitor the shared mailbox for new opportunities. You'll also triage bids. You'll then manage the qualification process with technical and commercial representatives.

Working with the Bid Manager, you'll play a vital part in ensuring submissions meet client requirements. You'll maintain the database of written responses by adding new content and update existing content. This role is instrumental in supporting daily RFP activities to assist the team in crafting winning proposals.

This role will require flexibility. You'll sometimes need to work outside of regular hours. This is to meet tight business deadlines and workload.
