Position:


  • Collaborate with external agencies to maintain brand consistency, inclusive of tone of voice, governance, and the ongoing management of brand assets.
  • Manage the creation of social media content, including timelines and editorial calendars, by liaising with wider stakeholders outlining project briefs, visuals, and messaging. Support ongoing communications strategy, liaising with business stakeholders and PR agencies to manage deadlines, and ensure consistency across quality and tone of voice.

Requirements:


Qualifications/Experience
It would be beneficial if you had the following, relevant qualification from:

  • CIM, IDM or IPA

Competencies and Attributes:


  • Strong copywriter and creative content creator
  • Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Good understanding of leading social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • Experience of Canva (or similar)
  • Dotmailer / dotdigital (or similar)
  • Briefing
It would be beneficial if you had the following:

  • Financial services or specialist lending experience
  • WordPress or Umbraco (or similar)
  • Meltwater (or similar media monitoring and analysis tools)
  • Understanding of image licensing with image banks such as iStock or Shutterstock Experience of endtoend management of events

Other information:


  • Support in the production of online and offline collateral including adverts, brochures, guides and documents.
  • Support event management across exhibitions, roadshows, conferences and inhouse events, liaising with external agencies.
  • Oversee the measurement and analysis of marketing performance, setting benchmarks, conducting A/B tests, evaluating content effectiveness, and formulating strategic recommendations.
