Role:


In this position, you'll be joining an established Business Analysis function where you will play a key role in leading the business analysis and knowledge management teams which act as a crucial support function providing services to the operational businessunits.


You'll be responsible for the development, motivation, coaching, and mentoring of a high-performing team that provides expert support in the development and delivery of quality tactical and strategic solutions and a comprehensive, innovative and extensivesupport service to Frontline Regulation, ensuring the right knowledge is available to the right people.

In addition, you will provide an accomplished level of Business Analysis and change delivery expertise and experience to the organisation, facilitating and driving operational and regulatory change.


Responsibilities:


  • Be accountable for the management and development of the business analysis and knowledge management team to provide extensive support services to the Frontline Regulation Directorate.
  • Work in partnership with business stakeholders to plan, develop and deliver effective and efficient processes
  • Evaluate existing processes and strategies, map and document business processes and identify areas of business and process improvement.
  • Lead and coordinate enhancements and changes to existing and new systems and processes, including analysis, design, documentation, testing, enduser training, and implementation for key strategy projects as well as businessasusual changes.
  • Support operational projects and initiatives by recommending the most effective methods of system utilisation.
  • Define, analyse and document feasibility, business cases, and business requirements for operational enhancements and projects.
  • Lead the team to capture and share knowledge across the business to establish a culture of learning and facilitate the delivery of highquality regulatory interventions and successful outcomes

Requirements:


  • Experience in leading a team and managing people and performance.
  • Proven experience in business and process analysis and change delivery activities which may include process mapping and design, organisational design, operating model, IT systems, project management, testing, and change management.
  • Good understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • An Experienced user of business process and requirements gathering tools e.g. LEAN techniques, Kaizen, BSC, Six Sigma
  • Experience in influencing decisions, negotiating priorities, identifying and mitigating risks and
