Description
The Accounts Assistant opportunity comes with full training and development along with exposure to many functions within the finance team working closely with the Finance Manager.
- Bank and Cashbook reconciliations
- Assisting with supporting the day to day transactions.
- Ensure costs processed authorised and accurately coded.
- File and archive invoice and supplier financial information.
- Monitor the petty cash and reconcile.
- Report and prepare payments
- Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Day to day transactions, month end processes
- Record and monitor the movements of invoices and process for payment.
