This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, with opportunities for extensions.

What We're Looking For

We want to speak to Middleweight Designers who have experience working on beauty/FMCG brand projects - you'll be confident in your approach to collaborative working and final delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Immersing yourself in creative conversations and contributing strategic ideas
Clearly communicating creative ideas through the creative process to deliver on a project brief
Provoking and pushing creative boundaries, bringing ideas and influences from the outside world to create connected brand experiences
Overseeing all your design projects from conception to delivery
Making logical, brandled choices
Putting yourself in the position of the consumer when assessing your creativity
Building compelling and impactful case studies to promote the company and their work to the wider business
