Job Title:
Head of Digital Studio EMEA

Location:
Shoreditch (Tue to Thur onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract (Parental Cover)

What you'll do:


  • Build influential and collaborative relationships between client's Studio and the marketing teams to understand their needs and priorities, clarify objectives and clearly communicate plans.
  • Foster Creative Excellence through customercentric design expression that meets business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and regional relevance.
  • Lead multiple marketing design projects and ensure focused and efficient program delivery within schedule, budget and resources.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, positive team environment and set the tone for delivering excellence to partners across the organization.
  • Strive for operational excellence, proactively identifying and driving areas of improvement across the design processes.
  • Own and manage agency relationships that include regular briefings, project and financial updates, and creative reviews.

What you need to succeed:


  • Great Studio Managers voice an opinion, whether it's about the brief, the copy, or the process to achieve great work. They have a passion for marketing and the creative product.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • A world class understanding of design to have the ability to lead projects and teams in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Skills managing agency partnership relationships, including management of staffing, contracts, production budgets, creative assignments and creative review.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines.

Experience:


  • 10+ years of experience in the creative and marketing industry.
  • Handson experience with and advocate for client's Creative Cloud products.
  • English speaker (first language or extremely proficient) German or French a plus.
  • Experience working with Workday project management tool a plus.
