Our client, a well-established Chartered Accountancy based in Beaconsfield, has a new position for a Payroll Administrator to join their Team.


Reporting to the Payroll Manager duties will include:

  • Run client payrolls on time, complying with legislation, i.e. PAYE, AE and GDPR
  • Submit to HMRC by the deadline dates, monthly and annually
  • Carry out Auto Enrolment where applicable and Pension reporting is provided as required by the client
  • Answer client queries relating to payroll issues
  • Collate information regarding the current payroll run
  • Check all reports and payslips produced and send to client
  • Produce and submit RTI file to the HMRC
  • Collate year end information
  • Produce year end reports and distribute as required by the client
  • Using Payroll Professional or Star/Iris software
