Payroll Administrator - Beaconsfield, United Kingdom - Ashby Finance
Description
Our client, a well-established Chartered Accountancy based in Beaconsfield, has a new position for a Payroll Administrator to join their Team.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager duties will include:
- Run client payrolls on time, complying with legislation, i.e. PAYE, AE and GDPR
- Submit to HMRC by the deadline dates, monthly and annually
- Carry out Auto Enrolment where applicable and Pension reporting is provided as required by the client
- Answer client queries relating to payroll issues
- Collate information regarding the current payroll run
- Check all reports and payslips produced and send to client
- Produce and submit RTI file to the HMRC
- Collate year end information
- Produce year end reports and distribute as required by the client
- Using Payroll Professional or Star/Iris software
