Multi-Trades Recruitment is looking for a Motor fire and theft claims handler for a well-established company in TONBRIDGE.

Minimum 12 months experience as a Motor Claims Handler
Secondary education or equivalent with demonstrable ability in numeracy skills and written English

About the job:

Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)
Salary: £25448
Process fire and theft claims in line with existing claims philosophy
Ensure that DPA, TCF, and any other regulatory requirements are adhered to
Liaise with the internal support team and external suppliers to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service
Answer inbound calls from customers and representatives in a professional manner, answering queries, and complaints and providing updates on claims
Be able to identify potential thirdparty claims exposure in theft claims, specifically where stolen vehicles may be recovered from damaged
Identity suspicious claims and flag them to the Fraud Investigation Team
Ensure that complaints are recorded on the complaints system in an accurate and timely manner
Provide support to the Team Manager by ensuring delivery of own performance against agreed objectives, KPIs and SLAs
Plan and execute strategic initiatives to agreed timelines
Ensure a relevant level of technical understanding with continuous development and learning.
