Multi-Trades Recruitment is looking for a Motor fire and theft claims handler for a well-established company in TONBRIDGE.About you:

- Minimum 12 months experience as a Motor Claims Handler
- Secondary education or equivalent with demonstrable ability in numeracy skills and written English
About the job:
- Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)
- Salary: £25448
- Process fire and theft claims in line with existing claims philosophy
- Ensure that DPA, TCF, and any other regulatory requirements are adhered to
- Liaise with the internal support team and external suppliers to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service
- Answer inbound calls from customers and representatives in a professional manner, answering queries, and complaints and providing updates on claims
- Be able to identify potential thirdparty claims exposure in theft claims, specifically where stolen vehicles may be recovered from damaged
- Identity suspicious claims and flag them to the Fraud Investigation Team
- Ensure that complaints are recorded on the complaints system in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide support to the Team Manager by ensuring delivery of own performance against agreed objectives, KPIs and SLAs
- Plan and execute strategic initiatives to agreed timelines
- Ensure a relevant level of technical understanding with continuous development and learning.
