Description

Busy Skin Clinic requires new call handler based in Greater Manchester.

Duties:

Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information as needed
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
Enter customer information accurately into the medical software system
Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and highquality customer service
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and policies
Meet or exceed established performance metrics for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity

Requirements:

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems while on calls
Proficient typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous experience in the medical sector/gp surgery would be a bonus

Hours of work are 5 days per week to include 2/3 Saturdays per month 9-5pm

Salary:
£17,189.00-£22,474.57 per year
