Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant - Treasury to join our passionate and driven team based at Vicon House.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Treasury for Atalian Servest, reporting to the Treasurer.
Assist with cashflow forecasts for the UK, by consolidating and interrogating divisional forecasts.
Work closely with the business and produce the daily and monthly cash reporting and ensure accuracy of reporting.
Assist with corporate bank reconciliations that are complete accurately and report UK bank reconciliations to Group.
Daily and monthly reporting of cash and other treasury matters.
Assist with treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/daily target balance sweeping)

- work closely with Group treasury to further align processes and ensure funding requirements are identified accurately.

Assist with the change in banking partners with the support of the Treasurer.
Support with the further implementation of the Kyriba treasury system.
Administrating the bank creating users and ordering bank stationery.
Making daily cash sweeps in the Treasury management system.
Administrating the Treasury management system.
Producing overdue debt reports on a weekly basis.
Assist with the Virtual Credit card system.
Process the Director's credit card statements and receipts.
About You:
Competent in Excel.
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
Confident communicator.
Independent thinker, keen problem solver with a 'can do' attitude.
Started AAT/ACT or keen to start.
