LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR
BOURNEMOUTH
SALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE
We are currently supporting a highly regarded law firm who are seeking a general Legal Administrator to support the specialist team of solicitors that offer a range of legal services, including Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts and Probate and Commercial propertyservices from their individually structured departments, staffed by experienced yet friendly and approachable professionals and support personnel.
- Organising and filing trial materials, ensuring all are prepared in time
- Researching and compiling information for solicitors, fact checking
- Coordinating appointments, inbox monitoring and answering phones
- General administrative duties, supporting the team as and when needed
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
- A strong attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Strong people skills, with a good telephone manner
- The ability to work in a fast paced and varied role, remaining organised and effectively prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
