EAC Consulting Group are working alongside a growing creative company based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for an organised and analytical individual to join their brokerage team.

The Supply Chain Administrator will report to the Brokered Supply ChainTeam Leader and will suit someone with a natural inquisitiveness, who is logical, methodical and who has a desire to learn and improve.


On Offer for the Supply Chain Administrator
- £24,000 Annual Salary

  • 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
  • Monday to Thursday 9:00am 5:00pm
  • Early finish Fridays 9:00am 4:30pm
  • Full training and development

Duties for the Supply Chain Administrator

  • As Supply Chain Administrator you will provide a customer focused approach to brokerage control, liaising internally and externally to ensure that the supply chain operation runs smoothly.
  • The Supply Chain Administrator will forecast all demand to ensure that the correct volume of stock is held at all times.
  • Assisting with the analysis of sales and product performance the Supply Chain Administrator will support the sales team's developments, as well as reporting to key stakeholders, publishers and retailers.
  • Part of the Supply Chain Administrator's role will be to ensure that selfbilling for suppliers is run on time, you will also take responsibility for the accuracy of product data within the company's systems.
  • The Supply Chain Administrator will clearly communicate with all key stakeholders in the supply chain and ensure that all parties are kept up to date with supply information.

The ideal Supply Chain Administrator

  • Will be customer service focussed and have some experience of stock control.
  • Experience with Excel, SAP or similar MRP systems is desirable.
  • Able to create, develop and maintain relationships internally and externally. Using excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Well organised, analytical with data, methodical and have a keen eye for detail.
  • An open, honest person with commitment and enthusiasm.
