Here at Interlink We are currently looking to recruit an Banking and Finance Associate with - 5 years PQE to join a top 50 national law firm in London.


The firm are a major UK law firm renowned for its outstanding service to national and international clients, for its collaborative culture and for its deep sector expertise.


The Role:

  • Looking for a junior banking and Finance Associate to join their team, across their banking, finance and restructuring team
  • Advise on all aspects of bonds, guarantees, indemnities and security arrangement, covering all areas of transactional work.
  • Work closely with the two key partners
  • Qualified lawyer in England and Wales
  • Experience in working in the finance and banking sector
  • A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be selfmotivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
  • Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development, and an appetite for keeping uptodate with the latest developments in your practice area and sector focus
  • An understanding of your client's business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client
