A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen with a revolutionary and ambitious technology company who have recently cemented their place as a global leader in their particular field.


To facilitate their growth and standing they are keen to appoint an Accounts & Admin Officer to join them on a permanent basis, either on a part-time basis - 3dpw.


This is not your standard finance role, so if you enjoy operating in a very varied role, with exposure to transactional finance, an abundance of employee-associated administration, as well as providing general research duties to support the Executive team,then this could be an ideal opportunity for you.


As the Executive Assistant, you will report into the CEO and play a pivotal role in the provision of administrative duties to the key stakeholders and Directors.


Responsibilities:


Accounting ledger:
invoicing,
payments, bank recs,
employee expense claim forms
VAT claims
Company administration

Grant claim form administration:
various elements of reclaim paperwork submission to Innovate UK, usually quarterly.

HR and Employee paperwork:
Holiday administration for all staff via specialist software
Drawing up employee contracts
Employee travel arrangements to conferences and meetings
Organisation of employee-only events, annual staff reviews and regular staff meetings
Organisation of investor and advisor meetings
General assistance and research support to the Executive team:
Keeping website content up-to-date and being a key point of contact for the organisation with external providers.

In order to be considered you must have the following:
Experience of working in a broad administrative or finance role in a busy and fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and business partnering skills with the ability to effectively liaise with individuals of different seniority levels.
Excellent organisational skills with a strong ability to multi-task.
Ideally, will have some experience of using Xero.
Good Excel skills.
Adaptable.
