As easyJet holidays continues to grow at pace, we've created a brand-new role in our People Team and are recruiting for a HR Business Specialist to join us on our journey


In this role you will be critical in supporting business leaders and the Head of HR to design and implement end-to-end organisational changes, ways of working, capability and people related changes to enable the delivery of our ambitious and exciting business strategy.

Working closely with the Head of HR, you'll be bringing our people strategy and culture to life and enhancing our employee experience, where people are inspired to be bold in what they do and how they do it.


You'll will use your business partnering expertise and knowledge to lead key HR initiatives and projects across the full spectrum of HR, supporting the delivery of the various CoE agendas, including Reward, People Development and Inclusion and Diversity and facilitate key processes such as talent reviews and performance calibrations.


You will play an active role in employee engagement, ensuring easyJet holidays continues to be recognised as a great place to work in which our people can thrive.

This role will lead on induction and onboarding for the business and be the champion of self-service options - empowering our employees and managers to take control of their own HR journeys, accessing the information they need, when they need it.


You will be partnering with our business leaders to navigate the changing landscape of people-related matters and ensure that we're not only legally compliant but also staying true to our core values and driving our business forward.

You'll also be working alongside other HR Business Specialists where you'll share your knowledge, remain up to date with the latest HR developments and ensure our HR processes are consistently applied and in line with employment legislation and best practice.


The scope of this role also includes evaluating job descriptions, navigating IR35 assessments, keeping our HR systems updated and analysing people metrics to report insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Finally, you'll collaborate with our Finance Business Partners to make sure our cost impacts and headcount changes are accounted for in our budgets.


What you'll bring to the team:
We're looking for somebody who is ambitious and thrives in a fast-paced HR environment.

With experience coaching leaders, providing sound HR advice and challenge and with experience working as a strong business partner across the full spectrum of HR.


You'll need have effective communications, both written and verbal, and enjoy using storytelling to make a compelling case for change.

We want someone who can deep dive into data insights and craft a shared understanding of the best options to tackle our business challenges.


Leading people change initiatives, including organisational design, is a must-have for this role, as well as having a solid grasp of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.

And if you are familiar with Workday and CIPD qualified, that's fantastic but not essential.

You'll be highly organised and able to manage conflicting deadlines. Building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels will be crucial as you challenge the status quo.

Finally, you'll be resilient and able to stay calm under pressure.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model with two in-office days per week.
