An exciting new hybrid role to join this vibrant and ever-growing organisation.

The role reports into the Director of Resources, advising the operational leads on recruitment best practice, ensuring they align with the recruitment policy.

Managing the currentpool of associates you will be responsible for the appointment of new team members, onboarding, contract management and all aspects of associated HR.Working closely with the HR team and finance team ensuring procedures, training and policies are updatedand adhered to.

Experience of delivering recruitment campaigns.
Experience of contract management and renewals ensuring all documentation is reviewed regularly so that they are relevant and fit for purpose.
Experience conducting WTR check, ensuring all checks and references are achieved prior to contractual arrangements being put in place.
Experience managing all data records, ensuring they are updated and are fit for purpose.
Experience working with management to assess and fulfill all recruitment requirements including deciding on the best resources to use.
The ability to review and draft policies for employee activities and manage the communication and implementation.
The ability to lead on relevant business improvement projects ranging from processes to procedures.
Good interpersonal and communications skill when dealing with all internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in developing and implementing policies and operational procedures.
A high level of accuracy particularly around contract type documents.
Experience of report writing and presenting management information.
Good IT skills and able to take a flexible approach to IT systems and processes.
Pragmatic and sensible approach to problem solving and dealing with issues.
