Experienced Stores Person for one of our clients based in the Chesterfield area.

They are a small company specialising in the manufacture and supply of electronics in the fields of access control, automatic doors, gate & roller door automation.


Job description
Have you ever worked in the fast-paced warehouse environment? Do you have experience in Stock/Stores coordination and are you looking for a new challenge? If so, we have a great opportunity for you
Our client is currently looking for a full-time, Stock/Stores Coordinator to join their team based in the Chesterfield area.


What you will do on a typical day:

  • Stock Replenishment.
  • Replenishment from racking.
  • Pallet racking maintenance, including consolidation of pallets and space creation.
  • Pallet racking stock checks.
  • Processing bulk stock.
  • Reporting to the manager
  • Ensure that all stock is safely stored in an assigned location.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and tidy and adhere to health and safety policies at all times.
  • Manual Handling.
  • Other duties as and when required.

Hours of work:


Monday to Friday with the hours of 09:

Requirements:


  • Good level of literacy and numeracy.
  • Excellent team player.
  • High degree of awareness in respect of personal health and safety.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Responsible for own workload, reliable and honest.
  • Computer literate, good accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Punctual and reliable.
