This is where you come in.

You'll be the Product Owner for our Digital Analytics Product. Our Digital Analytics product powers our digital product teams with the information they need to build effective user journeys.

You will be accountable for the collection, measurement, analysis, and interpretation of data from our websites and mobile apps, delivering insights into user behaviour, online performance, and overall user journey effectiveness.

You will partner with our digital product teams to empower them with the insight to make data driven decisions that propel our performance forwards.


What will I be doing:


As a Product Owner you will lead the product team to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Digital Analytics product, aligning it with the overall business objectives and customer needs.


You will be responsible for selecting the appropriate Digital Analytics tools, guiding product teams on tool and metric selection to derive valuable insights, and collaborating closely with product teams to understand their goals and provide the necessary insights for achieving them.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into product features and user stories. You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in Digital Analytics.

Managing the product backlog and working closely with the product team, to define and refine product requirements and ensure the successful delivery of features and enhancements.

Gathering feedback from end-users, analysing metrics, and communicating updates will drive continuous improvement.


As a leader in this role, you will provide guidance and support to the product team, promoting Agile practices like backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

Additionally, it will be essential to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.


By staying up to date, you can effectively integrate these insights into the product roadmap and strategy, ensuring the product remains innovative and aligned with the evolving needs of the market.


What we're looking for:
(You will have some of)


  • Significant experience working in Product and delivering features to market
  • Experience managing, mentoring and building high performing teams
  • Experience with Google Analytics is essential
  • Experience with other Data Analytics tools is desirable, including: Datadog, Mixpanel, Hotjar and Sprig
  • Experience powering an ecommerce team with the data to optimise online and mobile app journeys
  • A commercial mindset, with a strong grasp of ecommerce optimisation through the use of data
