A fast-growing luxury retailer is looking for a Strategy Analyst to join their team, to work with the Executive team in this newly created role.

You will be in charge of analysing and interpreting consumer data to deliver actionable insights that accelerate growth, enhance business efficiency and propel data-driven idea generation within the firm.

You will be liaising with the CEO, CFO and senior management to ask the challenging questions around consumer behaviours, marketing channels and future growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining all the data across their marketing and consumer channels

Set up the internal structures and channels to embed a data-driven culture

Requirements:

c.3 years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally with exposure to FMCG/retail/D2C sectors

Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and ideally Power BI

Pro-active and solutions focused mindset, able to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to push and challenge ideas
