Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:00
A flexibility in hours may be required for ad hoc works

At FISco UK Ltd we are excited to announce that we are looking for a proactive and motivated technical assistant at our Hull client site.

You will have a strong knowledge of the use of a range of IT and meeting room equipment.

Duties include;

  • Ownership of the meeting rooms including set up to enhance user experience
  • Attending team and client meetings as required
  • Assist with coordination and setup of on site client events
  • Work closely with the Workplace & Facilities Helpdesk, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Daily PPM activities such as ensuring meeting rooms are ready for use, AV systems are running, reporting any IT/AV issues to relevant parties to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Utilize associated software tools to create and upload visual displays as requested
  • Create and upload Workplace & Facilities engagement pieces via workplace social media platforms, representing both FISco and the client
  • To turn on and check all television equipment daily
  • Supervise 3rd party vendors carrying out IT/ AV works on site
  • To manage and distribute meeting room equipment as required (flipcharts, surface hubs, additional furniture etc)
  • Prepare and deliver reports
  • To carry out any additional ad hoc works at the reasonable request of management
