Description
We are currently recruiting for a Patient Recruitment Manager on behalf of a key client of ours, a global CRO dedicated to developing safe and effective medical therapeutics.
As a Patient Recruitment Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sites
- Set and oversee patient recruitment and retention strategy plan for clinical trial recruitment.
- Be responsible for continuous improvement of recruitment campaign
- Oversee and mentor direct reports
- Participate and manage vendor RFPs and collaborate with the team on vendor selection
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a lifesciences field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within the Clinical Research industry with at least 2 years' experience within patient recruitment or equivalent experience in project management
- Demonstrated results generating successful patient recruitment strategies within clinical research trials
- Understanding of medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent command of German language
