Staff Nursing acting as an Employment Business is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Property and Mortgage Administrator.

This role would be ideally suited for someone starting their chosen profession in Real Estate or an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge.


General duties:

  • Day to day running of the office
  • Diary management
  • Conducting viewings/inspections as and when required
  • Administration of bespoke agency software

Desirable qualities:

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Knowledge of Northern Ireland property industry
  • Ability to work as part of a multi functioning team and to own tasks
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

What you can expect in return:

  • Annual salary starting £20,000
  • £25,000 depending on experience
  • 30 days annual leave including public holidays
  • 1 day per year added to annual leave entitlement for loyalty and service
  • Free Parking


The position will be based in the centre of Ballyclare with working hours Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm and a Saturday shift 10am-12pm required on a rota basis.
