Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy, well-established client based in Birmingham. They are actively seeking experience Customer Service Advisors to join them down to growth within the business.

The duties of this role include:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Remain proactive and prioritise workloads
  • Meet required dead lines
  • Produce reports as required using appropriate software
  • Resolve any customer complaints/queries
  • Provide day to day support to Senior Customer Advisors
  • Arrange collections/deliveries to a date and time convenient to the customer
Working Hours - 08:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday

Salary - £20,000 per annum
