Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy, well-established client based in Birmingham. They are actively seeking experience Customer Service Advisors to join them down to growth within the business.The duties of this role include:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Remain proactive and prioritise workloads
- Meet required dead lines
- Produce reports as required using appropriate software
- Resolve any customer complaints/queries
- Provide day to day support to Senior Customer Advisors
- Arrange collections/deliveries to a date and time convenient to the customer
Salary - £20,000 per annum
