Home of Diamonds in the renowned and vibrant luxury store, Selfridges.
Two fantastic brands and fabulous diamonds

As a Brand Ambassador at our Selfridges store you'll have the opportunity to really connect and sell to new and existing loyal clients from all over the globe.

When we sell diamonds we make dreams come true, we make those unique moments in their lives morespecial and long lasting, after all a diamond sparkles forever.

Your duties as a Brand Ambassador will be, but not limited to;
Sales
Introduce the Brand to all visitors to the store and explain the history of De Beers to new clients.

Demonstrate knowledge of the functional and technical elements of the products and diamonds, along with exceptional selling skills necessary to do the job.

Nurture client relationships for long term engagement and updates on our wonderful new product ranges.
Develop strong negotiation skills
Customer Service

Act as an Ambassador for the Brand at all times, maintain the level of excellence in customer service, providing prompt, attentive, courteous and effective service to both internal and external customers.

Culminate the relationship with clients online and offline to ensure maximum engagement
Teamwork

Demonstrate a high level of contribution and collaboration in working with others to make the team successful in achieving targets for store sales.

Show flexibility in adapting to any changes required and the needs and priorities of the business.
Lastly and most importantly, connect with your clients with genuine emotion and care.

Qualifications:

Results and detail oriented
Previous professional experience in the luxury industry
Energetic team player
Experience of the fine jewellery industry is highly desirable
Client focused
Track record of sales and building relationships
