We are currently seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join our Finance function.

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with Project Managers and support them with financial forecasting, timely & accurate reporting whilst helping to manage spend within budget.

The role involves managing the monthly forecasting cycle, enhancing forecasting and reporting structures that capture the financial complexity of large-scale projects with multiple workstreams, providing valuable business insights, and ensuring that the highest level of financial controllership is maintained.

What You'll Do

Business partner with the Project Managers and the broader Programme Delivery Team to provide support with financial forecasting and reporting.
Own the monthly forecasting and reporting cycle.
Provide analytical support on a range of adhoc / crossfunctional projects and initiatives.
Coown the monthly preparation and reporting of project P&L actuals with the Senior Financial Accountant.
Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of processes and tools in our growing organisation, while maintaining the highest level of financial controllership.

Requirements:

Partqualified or qualified by experience (specifically, experience in finance in a project driven organisation like a consultancy or an agency). Experience with Project accounting would be advantageous.
Strong analytical & financial modelling skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to deliver to deadlines within a fast paced, ambiguous environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to communicate effectively and engage constructively with nonfinance colleagues at all levels.
Strong experience using standard software including Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of accounting systems such as SAP desirable.
Experience of monitoring and maintaining financial records in line with requirements for compliance and audit.
Prior experience of working on business intelligence activities.
