Technical Pre-Sales (Pathology - Healthcare Software)


Salary:
Up to £50k + 5-10% Bonus plus significant benefits package


Location: 100% WFH / Remote (UK based)

If you have experience supporting new business sales and writing tenders (ITT, RFI, RFQ's etc.) for UK Healthcare IT solutions, then I have an exciting opportunity for you


In this role, you will provide expert knowledge to ensure each sales proposal contains the appropriate technology solution defined so that the delivery team understand as necessary to deliver the solution.

As a Pre-Sales Solution Specialist, you will be the liaison between both sales teams and solution teams.


Required:


  • Knowledge of NHS & UK Healthcare IT solutions industry, ideally software (SaaS) based.
  • Effective communicator, able to effectively translate requirements into deliverable and technologically appropriate solutions (Pre-Sales experience, Tender writing, and submission)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop a strong rapport within clients & team members.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide product support to business development activities that includes assisting with product demonstrations, tender responses, onsite and remote client meetings and attending conferences.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the documentation, design, development of functional and technical solutions for existing and future products.
  • Develop business and functional/technical requirements and design specifications, ensuring the required accuracy and detail is scoped to be programmed to the required standard.
  • Create process flow diagrams for workflows and processing rules to support requirements and design specifications.
  • Work with crossfunctional client to ensure requirements, functional and design specifications receive acceptance from required stakeholder groups.
  • Manage multiple concurrent health deliverables in agreed timeframes.
  • Proactively research and identify best practice, emerging technologies and future market trends and functionality to inform the product roadmap.
  • Provide presales support to the business development team including tender responses, client product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Where required, assist with new client and product implementations, providing general implementation guidance, training, and support.
