We're seeking a dedicated Youth Mentor to join our team in Telford, supporting and empowering young individuals.

Responsibilities:

Mentor and guide youth in personal and academic development
Provide guidance in decisionmaking and goal setting
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment
Collaborate with a team to create impactful programs

Requirements:

Passionate about empowering young individuals
Strong communication and mentoring skills
Ability to inspire and motivate
Previous mentoring or youth work experience beneficial

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
