c£35,000 depending on experience plus bonus and company pension contributions


Location:
Cannock, Warrington or London based with home working


Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?


As an ER Advisor you will create and deliver an excellent customer service experience through a quality and professional first line ER advisory service to all UK employees.

You will provide general ER, policy and legislative advice.

Working closely with colleagues in HR Services and Business Unit HR teams to ensure a seamless and effective service to all UK.


  • Provide real time assistance to customers covering all first line ER queries, along with identifying when and where queries should be handed to specialist functions in ER and HR Services
  • Work collaboratively with the other Business Unit HR and HR Services teams to enable crossworking and knowledge share for the benefit of all of our people.
  • Be a self starter, supporting customers on complex issues with an empowered approach to providing solutions
  • Ensure that SLAs/KPIs are met, with a robust first time resolution rate.
  • Coach managers and employees the employment life cycle processes
  • Responsible for regularly reviewing working practices, redesigning for efficiency
  • An innovative mindset with a passion for innovative developments to working practices.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous ER experience
  • CIPD level 5 or working towards
  • Shared Services or Helpdesk experience
  • Experience of working to tight and varied deadlines in a pressured environment requiring real time customer support
  • Strong time management and efficient working practices with the ability to work off own initiative with mínimal support with the ability to self motivate
