Service Despatcher/Co-Ordinator

This position will involve the management of materials, services and ultimately service engineers.

You would be expected to keep, up to date, engineers' diaries and put together services and spares quotations ready for the above.

A background in spares and some form of engineering would be required. You would be expected to make a certain number of sales and follow up calls and work to KPI's. Manage and maintain maintenance sheets and also all customer data sheets on the ERP system. There is an opportunity to improve on the current system and make your own mark.

You will need to have experience in organising and dispatching field engineers.

You will need a professional telephone manner and have excellent customer service skills along with a personal willingness to learn about technical products.

IT literate is essential.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
