You'll be working in a state-of-the-art warehouse preparing orders for customers.
As a Warehouse Operative for Ocado Logistics, you are at the heart of preparing orders for customers.
We use innovative and state-of-the-art technology, and joining us as a Warehouse Operative means could work in chill, ambient or freezer temperatures in a clean, fast-paced, warehouse environment.
Please note, we fulfil customer orders around the clock, so a range of role and shift patterns are available.What do you get in return?
Base Salary:
£10.65 per hour- Starting rate - £10.65 per hour

(increasing to £11.25 effective from 2nd October 2023)
- Night shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) plus £2.50 per hour
- Freezer premium for all hours worked plus £0.80 per hour
- Overtime paid at basic x 1.
- Enhanced digital GP service for you and your dependents
- 50% earned salary advances for fourweekly paid employees
- Up to 7% matched pension contributions after three months of service
- Established car share commuting scheme
