Have you got experience in Sales or looking to start your career in sales? This company are looking for someone wanting to build their career in Sales to join their team immediately due to progressive growth and new business. This role is offeringa salary of up to GBP25,000 depending on experience and is based in a fantastic location just outside of Liverpool City Centre.

What will you be doing as an Internal Sales Executive:

  • The role will be supporting the internal & external sales teams in day-to-day functions such as:
  • Preparing quotations
  • Recording all enquiries/discussions on the database
  • Ensuring customers requirements are understood and communicated
  • Progressing orders / deliveries with production and external hauliers
  • Developing and maintaining a professional customer relationship
  • Maximising revenue and profit for new and existing customers
  • Following up quotations to convert to order and recording on ACT
  • Keeping in touch with current and previous customers, checking when another requirement may arise.
  • Handling customer complaints, advise appropriate solutions keep lines of communication open throughout to ensure speedy resolution
  • Contacting potential customers to place new enquiries
  • Covering administrative duties where required

We would like to hear from you if yu have the following skills:

  • Previous experience making sales calls is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Target driven
