SPEAKING MANDARIN IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS POSITION

Overview of role:


You will be part of a larger team supporting the marketing, selling and on-going customer care of our Chinese student market.

It is a varied role, including computer-based tasks (documentation, tenancy processing, taking payments, webchat, WeChat) alongside in-person interactions in the office or on the phone - to support existing students.
