CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Direct Dispatch Co-ordinator to join a leading distributor and manufacturer of small domestic appliances and housewares products, based in Stoke.

DUTIES INCLUDE:


  • Take charge of order processing, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Independently handle designated accounts, showcasing your autonomy and ownership.
  • Manage returns, credits, and replacements to maintain customer loyalty and trust.
  • Skilfully set up and monitor pricing, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Utilize customer portals to download orders and manage stock effectively.
  • Maintain the overall wellbeing of accounts through general daytoday housekeeping.

REQUIRED SKILLS:


  • Demonstrate previous administrative experience, showcasing your organizational skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work.
  • Exhibit excellent computer skills, with desirable knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Showcase strong time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Thrive in both independent and team environments, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues.
