I am seeking a
Senior Support Worker who will assist the management team to coach and supervise staff to provide a reliable, personalised and high quality of support to people living in their own homes with a learning disability and/or physicaldisability.

You will support some fantastic individuals with a person centred approach to enable them to enjoy valued and fulfilling lives.

Have experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or complex needs.
Have experience of supervising a staff team and coordinating rotas.
Have an NVQ in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards this.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) role, to be worked on a 7 day rota which will include weekends,
evenings and public holidays according to the needs of the service.

For your hard work you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £11.00 per hour and an annual leave entitlement of 20 days plus 8 additional statutory days.
