Trilogic Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well established, leading childcare provider in the Thames Valley area. They provide care to children ages 3 months - 5 years old across five locations.

The client is looking for **2
**qualified
**p

ractitioners
to join their team.

This position is located in Henley-On-Thames, Oxfordshire.

The nursery is open from 7.30am - 6pm, you will be working 40 hours a week.

Salary - Depending on Experience

  • Up to £20,500 if you are Level 2 Qualified and up to £22,000 if you are Level 3 Qualified.
Some Flexibility on Salary.

The key responsibilities for this role would be;


  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care resulting in the total avoidance of preventable accidents and promoting a feeling of security and satisfaction amongst all parents.
  • Caring for the all-round daily needs of the children to enhance their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development.
  • Contribute effectively to the team maintaining a high level of communication throughout the whole nursery.


You will be a Key Carer to a group of children and you must ensure parents have full satisfaction through appropriate information and feedback.

You will be tasked with settling new children into the setting and ensuring parents feel comfortable and safe.


You will need to have good communication with parents, children and peers, and be able to follow the settings policies and procedures confidently.

Requirements:


  • Worked in a Early Years Setting before, or newly Qualified looking to start their career.
  • Level 2 or 3 Qualification held.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each individual child
  • Knowledge of the EYFS [ Early Years Foundation Stage ]
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection + other legislative requirements.
