We are searching for a passionate individual with relevant Level 3 experience of delivering vocational qualifications to a diverse caseload of learners.

As a Level 3 Tutor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging sessions, providing feedback, and operating within your experienced competencies.


Job Role:


  • Serve as a Tutor to a cohort/caseload of learners, fostering a supportive learning environment, teaching Level 3 Qualifications that PHX offer.
  • Develop and deliver engaging inperson sessions to learners, maintaining high standards with support from Quality.
  • Create and support updates on resources and lesson plans, addressing individual and group needs.
  • Assess and mark learners' work in adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
  • Work towards agreed targets with support from the Manager.
  • Actively promote PHX training courses to learners, supporting additional course interests.
  • Tailor your teaching to ensure a consistent approach and support to all learners in every session.
  • Support all learners in achieving actively pursued courses within the center.
  • Collaborate closely with the Blackpool team, Quality, and IQA team.

Qualifications:


  • Recognized Teaching Qualification, PGCE, PTLLS, or Equivalent
  • Assessors Qualification (A1, D32/33, TAQA, CAVA)
  • Recent and relevant tutoring experience
  • Experience in different Level 3 competencies, including Employability, Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, Health & Safety, Safeguarding, and more would be advantageous.

Salary for a Level 3 Tutor
- up to £30,000 per year, dependent on experience

  • 37.5 hours a week
  • Pension Scheme
  • Travel paid at 0.40p per mile
  • Travel expected to cover, Blackburn, Blackpool, Morecambe and Preston centres

Salary:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
