Dental Lab Manager
A dental laboratory in the Birmingham area is looking for a laboratory manager.


The Role
To oversee the day to day running of the laboratory.

Responsible for quality control throughout the dental lab

Direct client contact /liaise with dentists

Manage the staff and ensure the business continues to perform in line with management expectation

To continue to maintain the protocols and manage complex cases


Experience
Experience as a Dental Technician would be preferrable

Strong financial experience with the ability to make strong financial decisions

Experience of managing a large team.

Great inter-personal skills and the ability to create influential relationships
