"The Governing Body of Unstone Schools Federation is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Teaching Assistant to join our team. Our Federation motto is 'Learning today Leading tomorrow'.
Being a dynamic and creative practitioner with high expectations and a proven record of raising attainment is essential.

In addition, we are looking for someone who:
Has high expectations of children and young people with a commitment to helping them fulfil their potential

  • Establishes fair, respectful, trusting, supportive and constructive relationships with children and young people
  • Communicates effectively and sensitively with children, young people, colleagues, parents and carers
  • Recognises and respects the contribution that parents and carers can make to the development and wellbeing of children and young people
  • Demonstrates a commitment to collaborative and cooperative working with colleagues
  • Improve their own knowledge and practice including responding to advice and feedback
