Absolute Recruit is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our client, an international bank.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the business's IT infrastructure for their UK region, including the implementation and maintenance of systems and processes.

As the IT Manager, you will have a strong understanding of technologies such as Citrix, Office365, Azure, Windows Server, and other relevant systems.

You will work closely with their global teams to understand their technology needs and ensure that all systemsare aligned with the bank's strategic goals.

You will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of IT professionals, as well as overseeing the budget and resources for IT projects.

To be successful in this role, you should be educated to degree level in a related field with at least five years of experience in IT management, ideally within the financial industry.

You should also have excellent communication and project management skills,and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
