Principal Accountability's
- To ensure stock levels are maintained above the minimum specified levels to meet the company requirements and all purchased parts are correctly coded.
- To control the purchase, receipt and inspection of goods.
- To keep stock control using computer system.
- Carryout periodic and annual stock counts and adjustments and root cause stock discrepancies.
- To ensure good housekeeping discipline within the stores area.
- Maintain Point of Use stock levels for Operations.
- Establish part numbers for ALL commonly used items
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure Consignment agreements are being met
- Correctly code all purchased items for finance recording and spend analysis
- Ensure that items for projects are correctly coded to specific project code.
- Consignment daily reporting for 80:20
- Picking and packing
- Monitoring / updating of Aviation open orders
- Use of M3 and ongoing development of M3
Qualifications and Experience
- B1 Forklift driving certificate
HSE Responsibilities
- Stop work by challenging and stopping unsafe acts and behaviours or unsafe conditions.
- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures defined in Responsibilities above, and company STOP WORK system.
