FT Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity available for a Contracts Coordinator based in Central Birmingham with one of the UK's leading construction and social housing companies.
As Contracts Coordinator you will play a crucial role in the smooth execution of contracts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing various stages of the contract lifecycle.
You will be responsible for handling complex queries, maintaining effective communication with suppliers, and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage contracts from initiation to completion
- Process feasibility reports and collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for contract creation
- Prepare and maintain contract documentation, including amendments and addendums
- Monitor contract performance and ensure timely
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to resolve any contractrelated issues
- Assist in negotiating contract terms and pricing
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related correspondence
- Provide support in contract administration tasks as needed
