Customer Service Advisor (Variable)

Location:
Prince Consort Student Village, 230 Goldhawk Road, London, W12 9PL

Salary:
£24,570

Hours of Work: 42 Hours (Working on a 4 on, 4 off basis, Between 8pm and 8am and or 8am and 8pm)

What you will be doing:

Providing a friendly and engaging reception service to our residents
Driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
Conduct regular student surveys to drive and grow engagement
Ensure that Health and Safety is at the forefront to maintain resident safety
Most importantly you will be a team player and support your village team
