Our client based in Liverpool is currently looking to add an Accounts Associate to their Accounts & Outsourcing department on a permanent basis.


Key Duties:


  • Preparation of Management Accounts for clients within the SME sector.
  • Completing Bank reconciliations.
  • Providing bookkeeping services to clients, along with completion of VAT returns.
  • Use of Cloud systems in above e.g., Xero, QuickBooks Online, Dext and SYFT.
  • Use of noncloud systems CCH and Sage Accounts 50.
  • Occasional assistance in preparing and/or updating forecasts, mainly using Castaway.
  • AAT Level 3/4 qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Relevant bookkeeping and VAT experience.
  • Experience of Cloudbased systems, e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, etc.
