About the job


For over 25 years, LCT has offered over 100+ short high-quality high-impact programmes throughout the year to delegates from over 40 countries.

We offer open programmes in London, Dubai and other international locations, and also design and deliver customised in-house programmes to our international client base in their preferred locations, typically their own offices.


Our offering covers the following areas:

We are looking to increase our network of experienced freelance training consultants that have experience of designing and delivering programmes in one or more of these areas.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop and maintain programme materials
  • Deliver Live Online or In-Person classroom training for our clients
  • Adhere to all relevant LCT policies and procedures to ensure the maintenance of high client satisfaction levels
Required skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Desired Experience
  • 3 years' experience in delivering specialised training
  • Willing to travel internationally

£300.00-£600.00 per day
