You will be supporting with the PR and media activity in addition to collaborating with external agencies to support the delivery ofinternal comms, including events, ensuring that communications are engaging and informative.
If you have experience within a similar PR role in house or agency side, and have worked within a regulated environment, we would love to hear from youWhat you'll be doing:
- Maintain and nurture existing relationships with PR agencies including management of budgets and suppliers
- Collaborate with other PR team members to ensure an integrated approach
- Communicating with journalists on press enquiries, collaborating with key representatives to deliver content for media
- Coordinate and deliver on annual surveys including for the FT Private Client Wealth survey
- Provide updates regarding press coverage to internal stakeholders
- Assist the implementation of the business strategy for 2023, creating engaging internal comms for employees
- Optimise and maintain the intranet (SharePoint), assist in updates across the system
- Organise internal events and meetings to successfully raise profile of key stakeholders
- Support Marketing team in promoting the Marketing programme an support HR in promoting employee wellbeing initiatives and other change projects
- Organise events aimed to bring employees together, for example Sports and Social Committees
Experience you will need:
- 3 years' experience in a PR or communications role, working within a regulated environment (ideally financial or professional services)
- Competent with CMS (ideally SharePoint) and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of how PR fits into content marketing plans and campaigns. Ability to use social media from a corporate perspective
- Be collaborative, creative and possess strong interpersonal skills
