Description

Be the Trusts key resource in relation to progressing the workforce EDI agenda, and act as the Trusts expert by challenging, shaping and overseeing delivery of the Trusts equality, diversity and inclusion objectives.

Monitor and lead on delivery of the Trust EDI Strategy and plans and support the Director of People and other senior members of the People Directorate in reviewing delivery of the EDI elements of the People Strategy.

Work with the Head of Leadership and Organisational Development to influence the further development of a Trust culture of inclusion and belonging.

Coordinate and lead the Trusts response to its internal and external reporting obligations including the WRES, WDES, EDS, PSED, and GDP, and establish and maintain systems and processes which enable the reporting of progress against associated action plans and KPIs and drive identification of areas for further action / improvement Research and keep up to date with all legislative and best practice and compliance requirements and advise the Director of People and other Trust Leaders on how these should be met, including any risks to delivery.
